YoloLab comes from YOLO, you only live once. Put to work on products, the phrase gets a different reading. Time is finite, so build for real needs and keep only what can be checked.
Two kinds of things live here. Products, each with a public repo and a build log you can open and check. And the thinking written down after the fact, engineering and investment alike, wrong turns and overturned conclusions included.
